Well, there is some controversy as to why the same prosecutor refused to allow a mom arrested on weapons charges* into the same diversion program...

Mother of three, no prior criminal record, was pulled over in NJ for swerving in her lane, informed the officer who pulled her over that she had a gun in her possession, which she could legally possess (and carry concealed) in her home state (PA).
But nope, no diversion program for her!
