"units", "apartments," or what?

IME, condo = owned, apartment = rented. unit can be used for either. -- nm - ty97 Sep 11, 12:11 2
- the weird thing is, many are owned or managed by rental rrealtors/investors, so condos could be both owned and rented, so units would include both -- nm - zeitgeist Sep 11, 12:31
