i wonder if it's strictly a "regional" thing ... i'm wondering if it's something specific in Florida ... again, just a trivial curiosity i'm thinking

well, personally, i've always called the "individual units" as condos, though I understand the the whole "complex" is "a condo" ...

well it is "a condo", but when i give my address, i don't say "Condo 302", i say "unit 302." -- nm
