well, personally, i've always called the "individual units" as condos, though I understand the the whole "complex" is "a condo" ...

of course, i just live in little ol' Tennessee. We have condos here, but I was using it in context of a beach situation for something that I was writing up, and that prompted me to ask ST about it. I was just wondering if it's something specific in a beach / Florida situation because i'm a stickler for details that way.
