So this is what I get for talking big: that 10k goal I talked about isn't going to happen this year, I think

I've injured a muscle (I think) in my hip pretty decently and am going to need some physio. It's been at least three weeks since I could do anything of any intensity without pain in it. Doc did a range of motion test on me today and the result was kind of surprising to me - I've got maybe 1/2 the strength in the bad leg right now.
