So do we have any Thirty Seconds to Mars fans?

I'm wondering if they are the type of act that inspires binary reactions. Love them or hate them with regards to their live performances.

This is inspired by the fact that I saw them last night ahead of Linkin Park.

The only time that I'd seen them previously was sort of the same in that they both played the Weenie Roast back in 2007 with LP closing and Thirty Seconds playing mid afternoon.

I was unimpressed to actively disliking their performance in 2007.

Last night was kind of ok for maybe the first 15-20 minutes but to me Jared just became intolerable as the set went on. Not every damn song needs to be an audience participation / conversation with the audience. As well as some overblown extended arrangement. It felt like they performed 6 or 7 songs in a one hour set.

However, I am more than willing to concede that if one is a fan then everything that I just listed could be seen as part of the reason to enjoy their performances.

I mean I was at and thoroughly enjoyed myself at a Linkin Park concert which I'm sure would have some just shaking their heads.
