Georgia lost a three point game on the road to South Carolina. If the game was at Georgia I think it's a decent assumption that they would have won. Georgia beat Clemson, South Carolina got drubbed by Texas A&M.
I think it's reasonable to rank Georgia slightly higher than South Carolina when you look the limited season thus far as a whole.
