Probably not. The GOP ran *against* their own positions just to oppose Obama. That would not have changed with Clinton. Remember that the GOP *hates* Clinton with the burning passion of a thousand white hot suns.

What magic did she have that would have gotten them to compromise? None.

There is no winning path when the other party stands in the way of *every* path.

There are things it's fair to pin on Obama (being hands off on Health Care, is one), but the gridlock isn't his fault.
