Seriously, everyone in the West who counts knows that Russia's behind all this, and the sanctions laid on Russia weren't just because. Besides, "Hey, Putin, get out of Ukraine!"? "Oh, sorry, you got me."
I get that people are mad that they can't *do* anything about Putin, but that's not Obama's fault.
