Total cost to repair my flat tire. $21.

Free towing through AAA.

Tire had a puncture that was repaired. They pulled the scurity lug off somehow and replaced it with a regular lug nut. But the security key to remove the security lug nuts on the other 3 tires id FUBAR, so I have to figure out how to get a new one.
