I'm going to go ahead and give the answers away here. Miami is currently the best D in football per PFF, and it's not close.

There are two teams graded higher than +16. The Giants are +25.9. Miami is 44.5. When your defense is performing that well across the board, you have to be better than 1-2.

Cleveland (!!!) is currently the best offense at 21.4. New Orleans is second at 21.1.
