Question/outsourcing/help! We have an HOA having an election and this time they are circulating their bios.

If there are four people for three spots and each bio is on a separate page do you prefer longer or shorter bios? We have one guy that submitted 4 sentences. They are good sentences but I worry when people see the others are 2/3 of a page or more, they will dismiss him for... lack of effort or info. Thoughts?
