I have a permanent placard. some of my parts were made to be prematurely old? let's go with that. ;p

(I should maybe add that if there's only one disabled spot open, and I'm not too hobbly/ow-ing at the time, I will park elsewhere. it'd suck if someone worse off couldn't have a spot.)
