meant as gently as possible: if that's all you can think of, I suggest you may need different women in your life.
I, for one, have never had the expectation of everything being paid for, for example. it makes me uncomfortable just thinking about that.
(maybe too sharey ahead, but on I go.)
I never really learned how to play boy/girl games, which, actually, may have hurt me more along the way than helped.
with my ingrained sense of fairness (youngest of 7 kids, yo), I've thought there should be to be trade-offs and balance; but, to at least some guys, that apparently comes across as being too independent/not needing them. while it's tough to give up some independence (I've been on my own and entirely responsible for myself since I was 17), I still have needs; but finding someone to match and accept is oh so challenging.
and that's without current physical limitations.
(sigh.)
yahyah, fine on my own. doesn't mean there aren't wishes for more.
