pacrat, don't know if you still need it but if you want to have that stuff sideways at the bottom of your Word doc ...

add a one row table at the bottom and under Table Tools - Layout in the ribbon, there is a Text Direction button that rotates the text (plus alignment buttons too).
I'd remove the top and bottom borders also.
