clueless. The customer ahead of me owed $17 and change and gave her the change and a $20. It was like she'd never seen coin before and took forever to count it and verify the amount. Then she couldn't seem to figure how to enter it in the register. She made so many attempts I was quite expecting her to call for a manager.

So glad I was paying with a credit card :/
