I would argue that the characters in Wanted are just as developed as those in Iron Man.

They weren't very likeable, whereas those in Iron Man were, or at least redeemed themselves. I think the reference to Fight Club was a good one -- I thought the characters were similar.
I grant you with no argument that the dialog in Iron Man was far more witty. No question there.
(I haven't seen the other two, so I can't make a comparison there.)
