What annoys me about the price of oil going down...

is that I still haven't seen any signs of things going back to normal from before the gas jump... my supermarket is still hoarding plastic bags, the coffee place hasn't lowered their prices, and I bet my Con Edison bill is exactly the same or more now that winter's started.
