parts of the ep irked me - I didn't like that, after several years of knowing him, after he'd stepped in front of a bullet for her, etc., and she know the kind of father and son he is, that she went so fast to doubting him?
the hospital scene particularly bugged me -- not even a hug? natural would have been like his mother and daughter -- hug first, happy he's alive, then start with the questions.
there were some other questionable things - like why would the bank have recorded the serial numbers on the money he withdrew? I don't think that's typical unless there's a thought that illegal activity might be in the mix; and, also, why would Castle have withdrawn that much cash for a vacation? in a world with credit cards and rewards... no.
