which is a statement that burns my heart to admit to. if i walk from the family right now, however temporarily or permanantly, it'll have to be in a way in which I can find some other means of survival for the next 8 months or so until i can finish college and get into a great job. otherwise, I walk from the family basically facing homelessness. even with financial aid and the job, i'm not making enough right now to stay current on some bills, eat, put gas in my truck, take care of some academic expenses (like books and so forth), and pay lots of rent somewhere. the only other option against homelessness is finding a friend or something who's got a spare couch who'll let me crash for a few months and would be okay with wahtever I can do financially to help out on utilities and such that I'd be using while there. (I'm not looking for a free ride somewhere, by the way, i'm just saying that I can't afford too much right now) . . .
