confirm some charges out of my usual areas were ok. really good. (notsogood was when they placed a hold on my card after an incompetent store clerk swiped my card multiple times and I was declined at a subsequent stop, but a call to them cleared it right away - post-embarrassment "I pay-off my bill every month, I swear!" but it was them having my back, so still good. ;) -)
