50/50s pay 1.8x (totally flat payout structure) for the top half of the league, so there's no difference between 1st and (say) 50th other than not having to sweat the late game. Double ups pay double to slightly less than half the league, triple ups pay 3x to slightly less than one third, etc etc. There's also a number of tournaments with a poker-like payout structure. The one I'm second in is sadly only a $2 50/50 league. I did get 34th in a $5 50/50 earlier today.
