I've been watching Master Chef Canada. I was curious about one of the judges, Alvin Leung.

He calls himself the Demon Chef and has a 3 Michelin star restaurant in Hong Kong and a 1 star place in London. On Master Chef he comes across as if he's supposed to be the Canadian equivalent of Gordon Ramsey.
His wiki page references a dish called Sex on the Beach. Here's a review of a dinner in 2010. Sex on a Beach is toward the end.
