Krusty, I am against units being used full time as AirBnB rentals def, but I don't get the 'strangers' thing.

Or at least not to the extent it's brought up. In a Co-Op/condo building, maybe I get it since they interview tenants. But there's none of that in my building, nor is their a background check. We're all strangers in this building but we have leases. What's the difference if I rent my place to some other stranger for one weekend?
