I'm not upset so much as bothered by the service. I don't trust it or the people that use it. I don't have a reason to not trust it other than the few stories I've heard and I'll admit I haven't been reading the good reports.
It's not really a problem for me personally since the family below me isn't likely to ever rent their place out. But I just worry that this isn't good for the city.
