There are Medicare Part D plans that have preferred pharmacies (usually Wal-Mart) but I've not seen regular plays have varying copays depending on

pharmacy. There are plans that do not participate at all in certain pharmacies (1199 is a union for nurses and health care workers and we don't accept it, which I think is their decision, not See Vee Ess's) but it gets super sketchy to charge more depending on where you go, I think they surmised the tobacco thing is a way around that. I don't know if they're correct.
