it worked for me, I'm sure its not the best diet for a person to be on, I won't ever do it again

its too restrictive for what I want to do.

all diets work in some form, what it does to you long term is the issue.

I know I need carbs to have good mental function. Loosilu swears her blood panels with cholestrol checks were great on Atkins
