It could, but given the things like Fantastic Four and the Spider-man "rights protection" releases, it's more likely they're just staying afloat.

maybe WB/DC figures something out but shit, it took them how long to even get to this point?
The only one I trust as a known quantity at this point is Fox with the X-franchise and even those have had some horribly epic bungling in the last 8 years.
