It's not standard flu symptoms. There's no stuffy nose or respiratory issues.

Most people start to get a fever and then just weakness and not feeling right. It gets worse from there but by that point you know you're sick.
That it isn't respiratory is a good thing as it's not as easy to spread. There's no cough or sneezing, nothing that will expectorate the virus onto other people or surfaces.
