He is a Republican, right? This makes 2016 viable. You *VASTLY* overestimate the political calculus on this issue.

It will come down to 45% think the GOP is right, 45% think the Dems are right, and 10% in the middle will vote their pocketbooks.
Same as *EVERY* other year.
