Fury B+/A- (spoilers)

It has the very good elements from some classic war movies, Apocalypse Now, Platoon, Saving Pvt Ryan and Das Boot.

It reminded me of Das Boot in that it illustrated how confined spaces heighten the mental struggle of those during war.

I thought of AP in that it immediately showed you that war completely warps and scars everyone involved.

It reminded me of SPR because it was unflinching and unrelenting (even the dinner scene).

It reminded me of Platoon because it made the characters divide up into sides based on moral questions.

I was pleased to see that they realistically dealt with the some tactical issues. When I first heard what it was generally about I was hoping it wasn't going to be unrealistic (an immobile Sherman against anything other than lightly armed infantry was useless).
