Do you know these yoghurts where the crunchy bits come in a separate section to the main yoghurt?

For years now, there I've been with my spoon rooting out the little crunchy bits and mixing them into the main section and I've only now just found out that the pack is designed to flip over and tip into the other side, without a need for my clumsy foostering. OMG how thick am I?!
