I think they scored huge with the Phase One actors and need more big names to carry it into the future...

Think Evans/Ruffalo sticking around would be huge. Black Widow could take a bigger role. Cumberbatch as Dr. Strange would be a potential future leader. Paul Rudd, Aaron TJ, and the others would be better served as background players.
