A) What is she doing alone in the hotel room with him to begin with?
B) Doesn't it seem like there was opportunity to leave or call someone?
C) Doesn't forced activity usually involve more scars and bruises?
I think at some point she got paid (and wanted to get paid). There was at least some consenual behavior by being in the room and in the position she was in.
