I have no doubt that there is a form of addiction to it.

I drink Coke when I eat out now, and that's it. I exclusively drink water at home, and I have trained my body to be fine with that. In restaurants, I still have to remember to order water with Coke. Otherwise, I will drink four or five glasses, almost reflexively.

Until 2011 or 2012, I would down a 2 liter bottle of Coke in a day. Kim made me aware of the perils of drinking calories, and Dad's obsession with The Doctors (sugar is their mortal enemy) caused him to harp on it as well. Between the two of them, they influenced me the right way about stopping.
