He said there were a number of white catcallers but that he chose them based on the individual incidents. I raise my eyebrow at that, but that's immaterial to the problem of catcalling, IMO. Although sheeting white people doing it as well would probably be more effective in getting that demo to recognize it as a problem, sadly.
