Whenever they do side-by-side comparisons of the graphics of the two it's always just stuff like...

..."the one on the right's a little brighter", or "the one on the left has a line that's a little less jaggy". The PS3 has more processing power, but so far the devs have no idea what to do with it yet. The 360 has better games right now but I think the PS3 has the bigger upside and will likely last you longer before they shift to the next generation.
