He's a UT player/graduate who won a national championship for us as a coach.

He's a good ol' boy who showed all them city slickers up north how southerners play football.
He also still has one of the three best winning percentages of any 10+ years coach in college football. It's just that there is a distinct difference in the record for the first half of his career as opposed to the most recent years. He's actually 15-15 in his last 30 SEC games, which is not acceptable for a program like UT.
