b. trivia: during my big accident's deposition (which I was made to go through, even though there was no question of fault and the causer of the accident was giving me relatively little, borrowing from her parents), the only thing that choked me up was saying I couldn't go to giants or sharks games.
not talking about the dozen+ OR visits, covering even more surgeries, not the pain nor ongoing issues for life, not work badness that was caused, not being prevented from traveling, etc.
sports attendance broke me, aww.
