it's a lot of, well, mushrooms. I had no idea there WAS such a society, but now i know.

Hors D'oeuvres
Antipasto:
Grilled Italian corn meal, topped with wild mushroom sauce
Italian Salami
Pickled Mushrooms per table
First Course:
Lasagna with Morels mushrooms topped with cream sauce
Second Course:
Veal girello wrapped in bacon topped with a savory sauce of a melange of mushrooms
served with grilled asparagus, peppers, potatoes and carrots
(Bowl of salad per table)
Dessert:
Tiramisu and ice cream crepes served with fresh fruit around the plate.
Canadian coffee will be served with dessert
