yep. it really is a tricky thing - even if there are photos of bruising, he's saying consensual, they're saying no.

if he really did manipulate that way, I can't imagine how horrible and stuck those women felt.
as I said the other day, it's so extra super sucky to take advantage of something that's meant to be so trust-full. putting yourself entirely into someone else's hands, trusting him/her to not go too far, and that person takes advantage, knowing it will be hard for their target to get anyone to believe they weren't consenting, because they were.. to a point, and to something that's not considered normal/acceptable by many.
ugh.
