but that's really what's the most important here, in changing the culture around violence against women

People coming forward with their stories, and people standing up to say this isn't okay, and that these women shouldn't be marginalized, ignored or harassed for coming forward will have much more of an impact than his facing legal repercussions as an individual, I think.
