What is the best creative constume you've ever seen from a normal person (no Heidi Klum stuff)

I saw a guy wearing a large foal Operation man costume, complete with tissue boxes cut-out holding the 'organs' in the suit. He'd give you a set of tongs to go to try to remove the items and of course, since this was a bar, buzz you for failing, complete with the light up nose.
It was...creative as hell, executed to perfection and most importantly for a party, interactive with the guests.

I always remember back when the American Apparel (IIRC) ads first started being, you know, kinda wrong. A group of people dressed as that.
