No. You do have to establish residence. Get 2 difference doctors to say you are terminal with 6 months or less time.

She has been in the news a lot here, and it became a national story.

Her husband had to leave his job, then both moved up here away from their families. But she didn't want to suffer so she felt she had no choice.
