Get a new therapist who's able to assist you in listening to your issues, and offers advice on how to solve them.
The therapist from my experience is there to basically talk you through to your own epiphany on your own challenges; they guide you through the minefield.
That said, when you have a challenge that you actively overcome...what does it for you? You have a bad day at a video game, how do you improve on it? What drives you to get better...what actions do you take to improve?
Small, manageable, actionable, repeatable patterns of behavior changes.
