Since we can move around our cities, what is the optimal mix of resources?

I have 9 cities

4 marble
2 wine
2 sulfur
1 crystal

But that may not be ideal as I grow.

I base mine on Wonders. 4 Dolphin Wonders with the colldown reduction Govt makes me wait 48 minutes before reusing. 6 Forge islands means no wait - Beaker Nov 3, 08:57 1
