Yep, though did you know there are a lot of people - typically activists - who disagree that there should be a "permanent list" like that?

They argue that the door to door enumeration is the better way. Having used the federal list in my election, it's pretty spotty. (Though I think it still makes the most sense to create the list the way we do.)
