I had a 2 hour meeting on legislative outlook today. All the speakers said roughly the same, except that you might be on the low end.

The people up for election now are those that rode Obama in during the 2008 elections, so not all strong candidates. In 2016, it's the wave from the Tea Party. A lot of them are getting voted out. Very weak candidates.
11 Dem up for grabs (in mainly dem areas), 23 GOP many in weak GOP areas.
