Yep. But, if California ever passes legalization, the major grows around southern Oregon and northern California would likely disappear.

Or be severely diminished.
There will always be illegal weed, just like there is still illegal tobacco and moonshine, but the proportion of illegal weed on the market will drop significantly (if you believe the economists).
