Economy is basically economy so I'd go with a non-stop (I assume that Virgin, Delta, and British Airways from ATL)

and whoever's cheapest. If you can get a free bike, even better.

NOTE: Delta and Virgin Atlantic have a codeshare partnership (Delta actually owns part of VA). So make your the VA flight is really *operated* by VA and isn't a Delta flight with a VA code on it. If it's a Delta operated flight, even with the VA flight number, that free bike probably won't apply.
